The book written by Mei and her sister Irene Li is a combination cookbook and guide for consumers to reduce food waste at home.
Readers can discover techniques for shopping and meal preparation in fun and creative ways.The sisters are self-taught cooks and have experience as cookbook writers and owners of a food business.
