Future Tech for Environmental Analysis, Zoom, Monday, February 6, 7 - 8 pm

 

Dr. Narcisa Pricope, Professor in the Department of Earth and Ocean Sciences, UNCW will share how she and her students have used a broad range of technology to conduct environmental analysis. Discover how the tools of drones, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), GIS modeling, and remote sensing data are used to monitor environmental changes and the impacts of climate change on vulnerable populations.
