Josh and I (and my black eye) took a short vacation earlier this week to Vermont. We made homemade chevre cheese from goat milk we "harvested" ourselves and played with adorable 3-week-old baby goats. Yup - I let them sit in my lap and kiss my face.The highlight of the trip was probably when Josh caught a 15-inch rainbow trout in White River in central Vermont. I didn't catch anything since I was the photographer, but look at this:
